I’m a big fan of healthy pregnancy snacks.
There’s a reason I like to keep my keto diet on track, as I find it helps me stay on track with my weight gain, too.
That being said, I’ve got to admit, I like some of the recipes a little too much.
There are some keto recipes that are just too cheesy, and there are some recipes that aren’t so keto friendly.
So, I’m always on the lookout for recipes that I can tweak to make them keto-friendly.
Luckily, I have a few keto cookie recipes that have been on my list for a while.
I’ve included a few of them in the list below, as well as some recipes I’ve added to my favorite keto meal plans.
They are keto cookies that are low carb, full-fat, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free.

Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie with Mint and Vanilla Protein Powder (Cake) The almond butter chocolate chip cookie recipe is super easy to make and comes together in just a few minutes.
It’s gluten- and refined-free and contains no refined sugar.
Ingredients 2 cups almond butter 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 cup light brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour (I used all-spice, all-moisture, and whole-grain flour) 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup powdered sugar 2 cups chocolate chips (I use Nestle, Hershey, and Brownie Crust) Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt the almond butter and add the almond milk to a small saucepan.
Once the almondmilk has melted, stir in the vanilla extract and stir until the almond paste starts to thicken.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cook for 3 minutes and then stir in chocolate chips.
Pour the almond sauce into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookie is golden brown.
Recipe Notes If you prefer a chocolate chip flavor, try adding a little of the powdered sugar and cinnamon powder.
I usually add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder to the almond mixture.
