Why You Shouldn’t Eat Your Nuts in a Bag

Why should you be eating your nuts in a bag?

 Nuts are a food that can be found in every food aisle.

 So if you want to make your nuts taste better, eat them in a plastic bag.

If you eat them out of a plastic container, they’ll have a very slight taste of the nuts.

What you can do to reduce the taste of nuts is by keeping them in the fridge for a longer time.

There are some nut-based recipes out there that are more nut-friendly than others.

To make nut butter, you’ll need to take a slice of almond or walnut.

Place it in a bowl and add a tablespoon of water.

Add in some cinnamon and nutmeg and stir it up.

After about 20 minutes, it will turn a slightly darker color.

Now add a little more water to get it to the right consistency.

Next, add a small amount of coconut oil.

Then add in a pinch of cinnamon and allspice and stir.

Once that’s all mixed up, add in some nuts. 

Once the nut-like consistency has set up, pour it into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil.

The nut butter should take about 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and let it cool down for about 5 minutes.

Once the nuts are cool enough, you can pour them into a food processor and process them until they are completely smooth.

For the nut flour, you will want to put all the nuts in an oiled container.

It should take at least 5 minutes for them to get all nice and coated.

Use a spatula to mix the nuts into the flour. 

Once all the ingredients are mixed, you want them to come together.

When the mixture is completely smooth, place the pan back on the stove and let the nut butter cook for another 5-10 minutes.

You can also put them in an airtight container and let them sit for a few minutes. 

When you’re ready to eat them, you should be able to smell them.

I like to eat my nuts out of the plastic container. 

If you like your nuts better, make them vegan-free.
