So while it may seem like ketchup may prevent illness, it’s possible to get sick after eating it.

It could also make you feel ill because you’re already sick, but if you’re eating something healthy, you should probably try to limit your exposure.

It’s possible that a safe ketchup alternative is already in your fridge or pantry, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself having to order one.
