How to make yummy snack shack snacks from scratch

When it comes to snacks, I like to make my own because there’s no one else to buy them from, and they’re usually cheaper than grocery stores.

But sometimes it’s nice to have something that’s already been made at home, and that’s what snack shack restaurants are.

You can make these snack shack treats yourself in a matter of minutes, or you can get them from the internet.

Let’s start with the easiest way to make these tasty treats.


Grab a jar of instant-read cookie dough, and set aside.

1 egg white 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons sour cream (about 2 tablespoons) 3 tablespoons milk 1 cup all-purpose flour (2 tablespoons) 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon ground cloves 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice 1/3 cup granulated coconut oil 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/16 teaspoon salt 1/5 cup sugar 2 cups all-natural yogurt (optional) 1/1 cup vanilla yogurt (or other vegan yogurt) To make the filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter, granulated sugars, vanilla, salt, and sour cream until fluffy.

Set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and allspices.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar until fluffy, then gradually add the sour cream and milk until smooth.

Set the batter aside.

To make filling: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In another medium bowl mix together 2 cups of flour and 1 cup of sour cream, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cookie dough jar and roll it up.

Spread the filling over the cookie dough and sprinkle with a little of the lemon juice.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the top is set.

Serve with fresh fruit and a side of fresh coconut.
